We recommend gentle machine washing in cold water or hand washing to preserve the delicate fabrics and floral prints. Line drying will help maintain the beautiful drape of our nature-inspired designs.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
We carefully package each order in our Colorado studio within 1-2 business days. Then you can choose:
– Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx
– Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 days via EMS
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship globally except to some Asian countries and remote locations. The checkout process will confirm if we can deliver to your garden paradise.
Can I track my order?
Yes! All shipping methods include tracking. You’ll receive notification when your floral package begins its journey to you.
What about customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with tags attached and in original packaging. Please contact [email protected] to begin the return process.
