At Sun Gaia, we want you to love our floral-inspired dresses as much as we love creating them. If your purchase doesn’t bloom with joy in your wardrobe, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most of our romantic dresses, matching sets, and tops within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your Sun Gaia purchase:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing our floral fairies at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your return – Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and protective covers. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our floral atelier at the address below using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days of arrival), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
- International customers: Duties and taxes are non-refundable
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please follow the same return process above and indicate your desired exchange item in your initial email. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
