At Sun Gaia, we carefully hand-pack each floral-inspired dress with love and attention. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment

Please Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to bloom with joy in your Sun Gaia dress! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Final Sale Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our Gaia Dresses or any items marked as “Final Sale.”

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our floral fairies at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our floral atelier at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 5 business days):

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
  • International customers: Duties and taxes are non-refundable

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color (subject to availability). Please indicate your desired exchange in your initial email. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
