We carefully photograph and describe our:
- Bottoms
- Dresses (including New Dresses and Sundresses)
- Matching Sets
- Tops
- Featured items like The Gaia Dress
Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. All measurements are approximate.
3.2 Placing Orders
By placing an order, you:
- Confirm all information is accurate
- Agree to pay the total amount including any applicable taxes
- Acknowledge that some items may be final sale

4. Shipping & Delivery

- Standard Shipping ($12.95): DHL/FedEx, 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50): EMS, 15-25 business days after shipment
We ship worldwide except some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary due to customs.
4.3 Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These are not included in your order total.
5. Returns & Exchanges
5.1 Our Policy
We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
- In original packaging with receipt
Final sale items (including Gaia Dresses) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
5.2 Return Process

- Wait for RMA number and instructions

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend insured, trackable returns.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. They will be issued to your original payment method.
